What happens automatically

The site can send a first-party usage event containing only an allowlisted event name and a normalised page path. It does not send a name, email address, message, IP address, user agent, referrer, device identifier, or location with that event. A short-lived, in-memory rate limit uses an IP address to resist automated requests; it is not added to the event log.

Cookies and third parties

Vinctura sets no analytics, advertising, preference, or login cookies. It loads no third-party scripts, pixels, web fonts, or embedded trackers, and it does not fingerprint a visitor. The site works if the small first-party measurement script is blocked.

Booking and contact details

Booking and contact delivery are not configured in this version of the site, so those public forms are closed by default. When a monitored workflow is configured, a booking enquiry will ask for a name, email address, requested session, possible dates, and any optional planning note the sender chooses to add. A contact message will ask for a name, email address, category, and message. Those details are for answering that enquiry, not for a mailing list or advertising audience.

The older record service

This repository also preserves Vinctura's older verification service for volunteer records. A public record can include the holder's name, rank, verified hours, service period, and place only when the record holder has opted into publication. Search indexing is a separate opt-in. That system is distinct from the graduation-photography site and remains available so an existing record can still be checked.
